Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CareerChoice at en.careerchoice.site (the “Service”), operated by Odbayar Enkhee, an individual seller trading as CareerChoice (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is. CareerChoice is a self-assessment software tool. You answer questions about your interests, strengths, work style, and situation. The software then produces a report that suggests career paths, business directions, and indicative income ranges. The assessment is free to take; the full report is a paid, one-time digital purchase.

2. What the Service is not. The report is for personal self-reflection and planning. It is not professional career counseling, psychological or medical assessment, financial advice, or a guarantee of employment or income. Income ranges are estimates based on public labor-market data (such as U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics figures) and may not reflect your location or circumstances. You are responsible for decisions you make using the report.

3. No use for decisions about other people. You may only take the assessment about yourself. You may not use the Service or its reports to screen, hire, rank, or make any decision about another person.

4. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Orders and payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes.

6. Delivery. Your full report is delivered online immediately after payment and is available through the link provided to you.

7. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by automated means, copy or resell reports or question content, or reverse-engineer the scoring.

9. Intellectual property. The questions, scoring methods, report texts, and software belong to us. Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; changes do not affect purchases already made.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
