Odbayar Enkhee, an individual seller trading as CareerChoice (“we”) is responsible for the personal data processed through CareerChoice at en.careerchoice.site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect

We do not receive or store your card details. Paddle.com processes payments as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users). Performing our contract with you (scoring and the report); our legitimate interests (security, product improvement); your consent (advertising cookies and pixels, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share data with. Paddle (payments); [HOSTING / AI PROVIDERS] (hosting, databases, report generation), only under contracts that limit their use of your data; Meta and other ad platforms, only if you accept advertising cookies. We do not sell your personal data. California residents can opt out of “sharing” for cross-context advertising through the cookie settings link in the footer.
How long we keep it. Assessment answers and reports: 24 months after your last visit, or until you ask us to delete them. Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. We may keep anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you to improve the assessment.
International transfers. Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Write to odbayar.enkh@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. EEA/UK users can also complain to their data protection authority.
Children. The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and server-side checks to protect your data. No system is completely secure.
Changes. We will post updates here and change the date above. Significant changes will be shown on the site.
