14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your CareerChoice report, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net. You can also write to odbayar.enkh@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.

What happens next. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, usually 5–10 business days. After a refund, access to the full report ends.

Exceptions. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds for the same report. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
